The new work of Barbara Höller deals with the systematic overlaying of graphic structures based on the multiplication of the line. In this interference, the layers merge into a new whole, determined by highly complex textures. The structure fields are coupled into the surface in such a way that spatial structures open up. Foreground and background interchange and evoke optical perception phenomena.
